Wow, what a year it's been! As the curtain closes on 2024, we're taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared with all of you.
New Home, New Team 🏢
We officially moved into our brand-new office space at Runway East Birmingham! This exciting move came with a warm welcome to more fantastic new staff members who joined the team. We love the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of Runway East, and this new space perfectly reflects our SaaSy identity and ambitious growth plans.

This year saw us soar to Gold Partner Status with monday.com! Exciting things are on the horizon for this partnership in 2025, so stay tuned. We hosted three fantastic in-person events for monday.com users and were proud sponsors of their annual Elevate conference, where we connected with over 2,000 monday.com enthusiasts, offering expert advice on optimising their platforms.
Our partnership with Zendesk also continued to flourish. Our "Beyond Ticketing" webinar was a huge success, diving deep into how Zendesk can be used to enhance employee experience. The Zendesk Partner Summit was a fantastic experience! We learned about the latest product updates, networked with industry leaders, and came away with fresh inspiration. We also had the privilege of presenting at three Intercom breakfast events in London, Paris, and Berlin and sponsoring their annual Pioneer event. The event sparked incredible conversations around the possibilities of AI, with insightful contributions from the brilliant Stephen Fry.
