Where we started.


Reece Couchman founded The SaaSy People in 2019 after leading the customer support organisation at NewVoiceMedia (NVM), a cloud contact centre solution, where he played a pivotal role in building the customer support function for this early-stage business through to the successful acquisition by Vonage.

Reece’s career at NVM included transitioning their support organisation to 24/7 coverage and spending 3 years in Dallas building an in-region support function.

With a strong passion for exceptional service & execution Reece ensures the service we provide is always unparalleled.
