Where we started.


Reece Couchman founded The SaaSy People in 2019 with a mission to transform the post-sale customer experience for businesses. He previously led the customer support organization at NewVoiceMedia (NVM), a cloud contact center solution.

During Reece's time at NVM, he played a pivotal role in building the customer support function for the early-stage business, which eventually led to a successful acquisition by Vonage. Reece's career at NVM was marked by significant achievements, including transitioning their support organization to 24/7 coverage and spending three years in Dallas to build an in-region support function.

With a strong passion for exceptional service and execution, Reece ensures that the service provided by The SaaSy People is always unparalleled.
