Firstly, we’d like to thank our incredible clients, excellent partners, and exceptionally hardworking team of experts for another phenomenal year. All we have achieved wouldn’t have been possible without you.
We started the year by developing our Expert Services team and appointing James Hodson as our Expert Services Director. Since then, the team has gone from strength to strength, working closely alongside our selected partners. From our Channel Partner Status with monday.com and our continued successes with Zendesk, Intercom and Vonage, we have expanded our offerings while continuing to delight our clients.

Our Customer Support team has continued growing and remains true to our core business values. We continue to enhance the customer experience for our clients with our skilled customer support agents, always ensuring customer queries are responded to quickly and effectively, matching our client's brand's tone of voice.
Winning the Best Technology Partnership award at the CCA Global Excellence Awards with FYLD and being awarded the Growth Partner Zendesk awards have been highlights of our year. These awards have proven our success within the industry and encouraged the innovators within us to continue to pave the way for customer experience and help business growth.
Finally, behind the scenes, we have been working on a new product to continue to captivate and aid revenue generation and customer retention for our clients. Watch this space for a launch very early in 2024!
